Refund policy
Returns
- Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [customer service email] with your order number and the reason for the return. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back.
- Store Credit: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit. If approved, a store credit will be issued and sent to you via email. This store credit must be used within 60 days from the date of issuance.
Exchanges
- Process: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at [customer service email] with your order number and a photo of the defective or damaged item.
- Store Credit: If an exchange is not possible due to inventory or other reasons, we will issue store credit which can be used towards a future purchase. This store credit must be used within 60 days from the date of issuance.
